Emergency Lights of Hygrapha (하이그라파 구조조명)

Emergency lights offered by HYGRAPHA comply with mandatory rrequirements and are subject to tests of the prototype carried out by independent laboratories recognized by competent authorities before reaching the production stage:

- temperature cycling

- performance

- water tightness (immersed)

- water tightness (buoyant)

- salt spray

- lense strength

- body strength

- attachment fitting strength

- drop

Other important tests, especially of the performance and durability of batteries when exposed to low temperatures (24 hours freezing chamber), are carried out.

The results of verifications and tests carried out by Notified Bodies and laboratories of other European Community member states offering the same suitable and satisfactory guarantees of technical and professional competence and independence are recognized multilaterally in the EU. Thus, they carry MED approval.

Common tests for all position indicating lights.

The lights provide a luminous intensity of not less than the specified intensity in all directions of the upper hemisphere for a period of at least the specified time. For flashing lights, the rate of flashing for the specified operating period is not less than 50 flashes and not more than 70 flashes per minute and the effective luminous intensity is at least the minimum specified intensity in all directions of the upper hemisphere.

Manufacturers for all positions indicating lights implement quality control procedures to ensure that they are produced to the same standard as the prototype approved by the Nominated or Notified Body.
